Wonderful picnic day

My class had picnic at the park.

Each classmate bring their own food from house or their favorite restaurant. One of the student brought Korean rice roll and one of them brought Filipino banana sweets which she made at home. It was first time for me to try it.It called “Turon” . Banana rolled in to spring roll wrapper and fried. After that dip into auger syrup and make it cranky by toast it. The combination of sweetness fresh banan and auger straws perfect.If u never tried it before u should search it now on Google and try it!!!And tell me whether u like or not:)

And one more dish I was impressed with  picnic is lasagna which was made by professor’s wife.

I really like Italian food especially lasagna. Her lasagna was so complicated and special taste. At the lasagna there are many layers of sauce, some spices and are there. I had many lasagnas in various places but definitely it was the best lasagna that I’ve ever had. ( I think I have to ask my professor for the recipe !)

I didn’t mention that one more dish which is on my photo. It was made by my professor!! It’s “pumpkin corokke “.

The inside is pumpkin paste and out side is fried .It was also amazing! Sometimes I made pumpkin corokke at home. So, I know how it’s hard to make pumpkin into paste. I should say thank u to my professor that he makes time to cook wonderful meals for us!!

Through this picnic I’m not only get chance to know new food but also know my classmates. During the picnic we talk a lot about not only class topics. Picnic makes us feel comfortable to talk easily. I think it was a nice way to I’ve break with new people.

Before we do this picnic class we talk about how can we make picnic more interesting. It’s also important step to make picnic successful.

This picnic memory is really precious for me. If I have a chance I want to do this picnic class again.Nect time we already knowing each other, so we can do many more fun things than last time I think!
